Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped and delivered within 5-7 working days. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched. If you require the Order Number, please contact contact@barnetandbows.com

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping charges & Custom charges are not included in the MRP's.

Shipping charges & Custom charges have to be borne by the Clients/Customers.

The Client has to pay minimum 100% advance for the order confirmation.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your order for an exchange or a full refund within 48 hours of delivery of the product. Please contact contact@barnetandbows.com to proceed with any exchange/return.

 

Please Note*

In order to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packaging, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories.

Email contact@barnetandbows.com to arrange shipment for any returns and to check the availability of the stock if you are seeking an exchange.

Refunds will be credited to your account within 14 working days of confirmation of return.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed time frame shall be refused and returned to the sender.
